Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cake flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 3/4 cups evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup oil

Directions:

  1. Combine and sift, cake flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. To the mixture add 3 egg yolks, evaporated milk, and oil.
  3. Beat stiff the egg whites, and fold in to mixture.
  4. Bake hot on waffle iron.
