  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In large bowl cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in egg.
  4. In medium bowl combine flour, oats, cream of tartar, baking soda,and salt.
  5. Blend flour mixture into creamed mixture.
  6. Stir in M&M's semi-sweet chocolate mini baking bits, cereal, coconut and pecans.
  7. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.(I use a cookie scoop).
  8. Bake 10 to 13 minutes or until lightly browned,. ].
  9. Cool completely on wire racks.
  10. Store in tightly covered container.
