  1. Oven Fried Chicken: Dip chicken pieces into mixture of melted butter, flour,.
  2. Seasoned salt, and pepper. Roll in crumbs. Dry 15 minutes. Bake in shallow pan in 375 oven for 55-60 minutes or until browned and crisp. Do not turn. Makes 6-8 pieces.
  3. Pan Fried Fish: Dip pieces of fish into mixture of flour, onion salt. Then dip into egg, lemon juice, and worcestershire sauce. Coat with crumbs. Dry 5 minutes. Pan fry until coating is golden brown and fish flakes easily. Makes: 1 pound of fish fillets.
  4. Breaded Pork Chops: Dip chops into mixture of flour, seasoned salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano. Then dip into mixture of egg, worcestershire sauce, and water. Coat with crumbs. Pan fry. Coats 6 chops.
