Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat sandwich maker.
  2. Lightly mist wells with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Place a tortilla in the sandwich maker, top with 1 Tbsp.
  4. Each: meat, beans, salsa, and cheese.
  5. Top with remaining tortilla.
  6. Close and cook for about 3 minutes.
  7. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and some shredded lettuce.
