Crisp Onion -roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup butter,melted
  • 1tsp tyhme leaves(optional
  • 1 tsp marjoram leaves (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. In shallow baking pan,thoroughly blend all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly.
  3. Roast,stirring occasionally,60 mins. or till potatoes are tender. Garnish with chopped parsley.
