Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • just less than 1/2 tsp maple flavoring
  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Directions:

  1. Cream sugar and butter.
  2. Add maple flavoring.
  3. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Take a teaspoon of dough and roll between fingers to make crescent shapes.
  5. Be careful that all crescents are similar in size and bake at 250 degrees for 40 minutes.
  6. Take baked crescents and roll in confectioners sugar.
  7. Cool on wire racks.
