Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. To make crepe batter: Beat eggs in a bowl.
  2. Slowly add flour& sugar alternately with milk& water.
  3. Then beat with a whisk or electric mixer until smooth.
  4. Beat in melted butter.
  5. Chill batter at least 1 hour.
  6. Place approx.
  7. 1/4 cup in crepe pan (or small non stick pan), just enough to thinly coat bottom of pan and cook approx.
  8. 30 to 45 seconds per side.
  9. Makes 20 to 25 crepes.
  10. To make strawberry Filling: Combine strawberries& granulated sugar.
  11. Set aside.
  12. Beat cottage cheese in blender or with electric mixer until smooth.
  13. Add sour cream& powdered sugar& mix well.
  14. Use about 2/3 of fruit& creamy mixture to fill crepes.
  15. Fold over crepes.
  16. Top with remaining fruit& creamy mixture or top with fruit and additional powdered sugar.
