Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix flour, salt, and baking soda.
  2. Set aside. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, honey and yogurt.
  3. Whisk milk slowly into egg mixture, and then add vanilla extract. Make a well in the center of dry ingredients. pour milk mixture slowly into center while whisking continuously.
  4. Beat until smooth. Whisk in butter.
  5. Cook waffles in waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions. Serve waffles warm with a scoop of frozen yogurt and a spoonful of sliced strawberries.
  6. Makes about 15 waffles
