Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 dash salt
  • 2 cups cool whip

Directions:

  1. Combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and salt; stir well.
  2. Fold in Cool Whip.
  3. Chill at least 3 hours.
  4. Serve with thin butter wafers or butter cookies.
