Ingredients:

  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 -2 tbsp pepper
  • 4 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 (16 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. Marinate beef in soy & seasonings overnight before cooking.
  2. Sauté beef in oil until browned. Add chopped onions & sliced mushrooms.
  3. Cook over medium heat for 20 mins; stir.
  4. Cook 15 mins more over low heat.
  5. Add tomatoes and water and simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender over low heat.
