Creamy Tomato Rice

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the rice according to the package directions.
  2. Melt the butter and saute the onion in it until softened.
  3. Mix with the cooked rice and broth. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the cream cheese and tomatoes. Stir until the cream cheese has melted and the tomatoes are warmed.
  5. Place in serving dish and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
