Directions:

  1. Make soup according to package directions; keep on simmer.
  2. In frying pan, brown ham and onion.
  3. In large pan put the potatoes and carrots; cook until just tender.
  4. Now put this into the already made mix.
  5. Add the cream and cheese to all the ingredients; mix well and simmer until done.
