Ingredients:

  • 2 cups 2% milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup 1/3- less-fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Bring milk and water to a simmer in a saucepan. Whisk in polenta. Cook 5 minutes or until thick, stirring frequently. Stir in cream cheese and salt.
