Creamy Leeky Smoked Salmon on Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 leek
  • 90 g cream
  • seasoning salt (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cook rice as you prefer.
  2. Cut leek into thin strips and fry in a little butter. I use garlic butter but you can use normal butter. Fry for 2/3 minutes.
  3. Add cream simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Chop smoked salmon into thin strips and add to leeks.
  5. Simmer for a minute and serve over rice.
  6. I add seasoning salt to add a bit of a kick but you can add to your desired tastebuds.
