Ingredients:

  • 8 slices bcon chopped
  • 1 medium size white onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions:

  1. Cook chopped bacon in large skillet untill crisp remove bacon and drain on paper towels reserving 2 TBs. drippings in skillet set bacon aside.
  2. SAUTE:corn onion pppers in hot drippings over medium high heat 6 minutes till tender
  3. ADD: Cream cheese and half nad half stirring untill cream cheese melts. Stir in Sugar Salt, Pepper. Top with Bacon
  4. Prep-15 minutes-Cook 22 minutes
