Creamy Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract or 2 tsp rum extract ( equaling 2 teaspoons)
  • 4 tbsp sour cream or 4 tbsp yogurt

Directions:

  1. Using a metal blade in a food processor.
  2. Mix sugar, cocoa, and salt give 3 pulses.
  3. Add the vanilla, butter and sour cream.
  4. Process for 5 seconds.
  5. If needed add more sour cream to make a creamy consistency.
