Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cake mix, pudding mix oil and eggs together.
  4. Gradually stir in orange soda by hand until smooth.
  5. Pour into prepared pan.
  6. Bake 30-35 minutes.
  7. Let cool on wire rack.
  8. Icing:.
  9. Cream together butter, vanilla and orange peel in a large bowl.
  10. Beat in confectioners sugar until smooth.
  11. Spread on cooled cake.
