  1. Melt butter and add spinach.
  2. Cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with flour, stir thoroughly and add half and half.
  4. Cook 5 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
  6. Sprinkle wtih paprika.
