Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place turkey bones/meat in a pot.
  2. Add enough water to cover turkey (~one inch over turkey).
  3. Add raw carrots, onions, and celery.
  4. Cook for ~two hours.
  5. Empty clear broth into a bowl.
  6. Throw out bones and cooked vegetables.
  7. 2nd part - put the broth on a simmer.
  8. Blend in butter, flour, Heat until bubbly.
  9. Gradually add half and half
  10. Bring to boiling, cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes.
  11. Add frozen mix veggies.
  12. Cook until thicken.
