Ingredients:

  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 120 g onions
  • 85 g celery
  • 1 tbsp marmite
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 50 g butter
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 liter of water

Directions:

  1. Soften the veg with the butter in a large pan.
  2. Add the water and boil for 15 min.
  3. Liquidize and add the cream.
  4. Can be frozen well
