Simple soup that feels indulgent
Ingredients:
300 grams mushrooms
120 grams onions
85 grams celery
1 tbsp marmite
1 stock cube
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp nutmeg
50 grams butter
200 ml cream
1 liter of water
Directions:
1. Soften the veg with the butter in a large pan.
2. Add the water and boil for 15 min.
3. Liquidize and add the cream.
4. Can be frozen well
