Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion in olive oil until soft. Add chopped raw broccoli and saute for a few minutes. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer and cook partially covered for about 30 to 40 minutes. Cream soup in a food processor or with an immersion blender. Place over low heat and add cream. Stir over low heat for a few minutes to combine flavors.
