Cream Cheese Frosting (Lightened up Version)

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar

Directions:

  1. Beat cream cheese, marshmallow cream and vanilla.
  2. Sift confectioners sugar over cream cheese mixture and beat on low speed until mixture is smooth, about one minute.
  3. Spread over cake, or cupcakes.
