Directions:

  1. In mixer gradually add sugar to softened cream cheese mixing until well blended.
  2. Mix in vanilla and salt then shape batter into bite size balls and roll in shredded coconut.
  3. Place on a tray or in a plastic or glass container so that they are not touching each other.
  4. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
