Directions:

  1. Allow cheeses to sit at room temperature for an hour to make mixing easier.
  2. Blend together the cheeses and sour cream.
  3. Stir in the onion, and celery.
  4. Form into a ball, and if desired roll in pecans.
  5. Wrap in plastic and chill well before serving.
