Irish Potatoes (candy)

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 dash salt
  • 2 -3 tbsp milk
  • 2 lbs confectioners' sugar
  • ziploc bag

Directions:

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and butter. Mix in salt and vanilla.
  2. Add coconut and gradually add milk until is in rolling consistency.
  3. Form into balls.
  4. Put a small amount of cinnamon in the plastic bag and put 2 or 3 balls into the bag.
  5. Close the bag and shake a few times, make sure that he balls get covered with cinnamon. Add more cinnamon to the bag if needed.
  6. Take them out of the bag and add 2 ot 3 more, and repeat by shaking the bag until all the balls are done.
  7. Enjoy!
