Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 3 quarts cranberries

Directions:

  1. Boil sugar and water 5 minutes.
  2. Add berries.
  3. Boil without stirring until the skins burst and sauce is slightly thickened. Water bath 15 minutes.
  4. Adjust for altitude height.
