Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Spray a 8x5 loaf pan with vegetable spray.
  3. Combine all dry ingredients.
  4. Next, combine remaining ingredients except cranberries.
  5. Fold into the dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
  6. Next add the cranberries.
  7. Pour batter into loaf pan.
  8. Bake 60-65 minutes until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
  9. Remove from pan.
  10. Cool completely on a wire rack.
  11. This can also be made into three mini loaves of bread to be given away as gifts.
