Cranberry Pomegranate Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 1 -2 tsp grill seasoning
  • 2 (1 lb) pork tenderloin , trimmed of any fat
  • 1 -2 tsp olive oil
  • 3/4 cup cranberry pomegranate preserves
  • 1/4 cup pomegranates , chipotle sauce or 1/4 cup similar barbecue sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Sprinkle pork tenderloins with grillin' Seasoning. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Brown pork tenderloins in hot olive oil on both sides (about 1 minute per side). Place pork tenderloins in skillet into the oven. Bake pork 15-20 minutes or until slightly pink in the middle and/or internal temperature reaches 155°. While pork bakes, combine last 2 ingredients; stir to blend. Serve pork topped with Cranberry Pomegranate Preserves mixture.
