Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • red liquid food coloring, optional

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine the ice cream and juices; cover and process for 50-60 seconds or until smooth. Tint with food coloring if desired. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
