Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp wheat germ
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sour milk or 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup splenda granular
  • 1/2 cup pecans

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and fill greased muffin tins.
  2. Bake 17 to 18 minutes at 400 degrees.
