Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp butter
  • 3/4 cup white flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp orange peel
  • 1/2 cup melted butter ( i use 2/3 of this olive oil ,no flavour diff.)
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup craisins
  • (easily change fruit,dry fruit,nuts to suit your taste,psylium fibre added to any flour baking at 5%/weight will make your baking lighter and fluffier)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven,350 F
  2. Combine topping,set aside
  3. Combine dry ingredients,mix thoroughly
  4. Combine wet,mix
  5. Mix wet and dry,stir just until mixed
  6. Fold in fruit
  7. Spread batter into 9 in circle,carefully spread on topping,cut into 8 wedges.bake for 25 min or golden brown
  8. Remove from oven,recut wedges,serve warm
  9. (it takes very little to develope this with your favorites)
  10. Enjoy
