Ingredients:

  • 2- cans whole berry cranberrt sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/ cupchopped walnuts

Directions:

  1. Melt cranberry sauce over medium heat.
  2. Drain, reserving liquid and berries.
  3. Mix togather cranberry liquid, boiling water and gelatin; stir until gelatin is desolved. add lemon juice and salt, chill until mixturemounds slightly on a spoon. add mayo;
  4. Beat till smooth. fold in cranberrys,apple, and nuts.
  5. Pour into 2-quart mold. chill overnite
