Crab Melt

  1. Combine all ingredients except muffins and cheese and mix well.
  2. Spread a quarter cup of crab spread on each toasted muffinmuffin half and top with cheese.
  3. Set oven to broil.
  4. Spray rack or broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Place muffins with spread on pan and broil for 5-6 minutes or until cheese is melted or lightly browned.
