Couscous With Ham and Sun-Dried Tomato

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ham
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 1 tsp parsley

Directions:

  1. Dice ham and chop tomatos.
  2. Combine all ingredients and saute in olive oil for 5 minutes.
  3. Add 2 1/4 cups boiling water, stir.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes.
