  • 1/2 cup diced unpared apple (about 1/2 apple)
  • 1/3 cup diced celery
  • 2 tbsp coarsely chpped nuts
  • 1 cup bite-size pieces lettuce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or 1/4 cup salad dressing

Directions:

  1. Toss all ingredients in bowl.
  2. Garnish salad with unpared apple slices.
