Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, stuffing mix, half the soup, egg, and onion; spread mixture in a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. Bake at 400° for 35 minutes.
  3. Mix remaining soup with sour cream.
  4. Spread over meatloaf; bake for 5-10 more minutes.
