Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups white bread flour
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tblsp vital gluten
  • 2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Add liquids to the bread machine.
  2. Mix flour,salt, sugar andVital Gluten.
  3. Add yeast on top.
  4. Bake in bread machine for 3 hours.
  5. Lately,I have been using the Dough cycle.
  6. Remove from the machine,.
  7. Knead, cut dough in 1/2.
  8. Form into 2 loaves
  9. Let rise 45 minutes
  10. Bake in a preheated oven 375*for 30 minutes
