Country Apricot-Mustard Glaze

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped onions
  • 2 tsp shredded gingerroot or 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup apricot jam

Directions:

  1. Cook onion and ginger in butter until soft; add remaining ingredients, stirring to blend.
  2. Heat to boil.
  3. Spoon over ham or chicken.
