Ingredients:

  • 2 packages andes mint pieces(sold in the baking section, green/black bag)
  • 2 packages nabisco (or similar , if you can find them) famous chocolate wafers

Directions:

  1. Pour baking chips into glass bowl and microwave for 1 minute on high. Stir well for at least 20 seconds. Return to microwave and continue to heat on high for 15 seconds at a time, stirring well after every cycle, until completely smooth and melted.
  2. Drop cookies a couple at a time into melted chocolate See Photo. With a fork, turn cookies to coat both sides, then remove(letting extra chocolate drip off) set on waxed paper.
  3. Let cool at least 30 minutes.
