Ingredients:

  • 4 slices bread (try a hearty whole grain )
  • 8 tsp butter
  • chili powder (optional)
  • paprika (optional)

Directions:

  1. Toast bread till crunchy.
  2. Spread with 2 tsp butter.
  3. Spread on 1/4 cup cottage cheese.
  4. Sprinkle liberally with desired optional ingredients.
