Directions:

  1. Pat the game hens dry.
  2. Mix all other ingredients together to form a stuffing.
  3. Fill each bird and place on an oiled roasting rack Bake at 375F for about 1 hour.
  4. Split the birds down the middle and serve a half to each guest.
