Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a large bowl, then mix using a hand beater (no longer than 1 minute) Pour into 12 large muffin cups.
  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
