Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.
  2. Grease 8-inch square pan.
  3. Blend all ingredients and beat for 1 minute.
  4. Pour into pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
