Corn Tomato Chowder

Ingredients:

  • 6 slices bacon , cut into pieces
  • 1 (12 oz) can corn or 1 cup plus 1/2 cup water
  • 1 (12 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Fry bacon, discard most of the grease. Add the onion and garlic, cook until onion is clear. Add the rest of the ingredients except the milk. Cook under medium heat until the potatoes (or cauliflower) is tender. Add the milk, heat just until warm again.
