Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Microwave 1 stick of butter til partially melted.
  2. Mix 2 eggs with the melted butter.
  3. Combine mixture with 1 box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix 1 can Sour Cream.
  4. 3/4 of a can of Sweet Corn 3/4 can of Sweet Creamed Corn.
  5. Microwave in a 2 quart glass bowl for 5 minutes.
  6. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
