Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a sauté pan, sauté corn and maple syrup until caramelized; set aside in a bowl.
  2. In same skillet, add bacon and cook until almost crisp, drain fat, add onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add corn mixture back to pan and cook through for 3 more minutes.
  4. Serve.
