Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix ranch dressing mix, mayo and milk as directed on package.
  2. Peel and slice the carrots into matchsticks.
  3. Cook the pasta as directed on package, adding the carrots to the boiling pasta for the last 3-4 minutes of cooking time.
  4. Drain the pasta and carrots, rinse until cool.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the pasta/carrots, olives, cheese cubes, pepperoni, and assorted vegetables.
  6. Add in the ranch dressing as desired (I used about half of it).
  7. Let chill for at least an hour. Add more dressing as needed.
  8. You can substitute other kinds of cheese for the cheddar.
  9. Instead of pepperoni, try ham or chicken.
