Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of milk (whole or 2%)
  • 3 tbsp corn starch
  • 5-6 tbsp sugar (depends on how sweet you want it.)
  • 3 tbsp cocoa

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients well in a pot and cook on medium until the mixture thickens. About 5-7 minutes.
  2. Pour into small dessert bowls.
  3. First let it cool on the counter for about 10 minutes.
  4. Put them in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or more.
  5. Serve, Sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
  6. Optional:Serve with ice-cream.
