Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove husks and silks from the corn. Line a large skillet with a few husks; lay the corn on top. Add 1 inch of cold water and sprinkle with 2 Tblsp. of sugar. Bring to a boil, cover, and cook, turning once, for 2 minutes, or until the corn is cooked the way you like it. Serve hot with butter, salt and pepper.
